Wall press for bust enhancement

To do wall press stand in front of a wall at more than your hands distance and lean forward to place your body weight on the wall, without bending your elbows. Your hands should be placed shoulder width apart on the wall. Now bend your elbows to lean your head towards the wall. Once you reach the maximum point push back. Start with 5 sets of 6 reps and then increase.
