Pushups are one of the most effective exercises for building the pectoral muscles of the chest which can actually improve your bust size and shape. Take your body in a vertically upward position by placing your hands and toes on the floor. Your hands should be placed shoulder width apart and your elbows should be straight. Now lower your body, bending the elbows to reach a parallel height with the floor and then again pushup.  Start with 5 sets of 3 reps. You can also try different modified versions of pushups for enhancing your breast size.
